Intoru provides an AI-powered platform that processes and transforms content from websites and PDF documents into more digestible formats including summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and interactive learning materials.
Our Services include processing content from web pages and PDF documents that you submit to our platform. This processing involves AI analysis to extract key information and transform it into various outputs.
Usage of our Services is subject to limitations based on your subscription plan. Free users have access to a limited number of web and PDF processes per day, while Premium users have increased limits as described on our pricing page.
To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our Services and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription plan you have selected, plus any applicable taxes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Intoru and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
In no event will Intoru, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
